PSI-CN provide such variety services owing to get better management of consignment materials
- In order to provide better serving experience, PSI’s services include water proof, fire proof and dust prevention protection. The further info will be described as below: (Appendix I.)
- Our protection services include water proof, fire proof, and dust prevention.
- All materials will be placed on the pallets.
- Assembly and packing materials will be packed in the cartons, and electronic materials will be put in the electrostatic boxes.
- Fire extinguishers are placed at the corner of the path.
- We will send e-mails to the customers as a notification if there are any transportation of materials. (Appendix II.)
- Ordinary entrance of material into the warehouse.
- Entrance of bad consign parts after exchange into the warehouse.
- Production loss. We will inform the customer and will not use it until we get permission from the customer.
- Pick-up by the customer.
- All consigned parts will come along with a delivery receipt, for a better quantity comparison.
- For precious components, we would suggest an insurance for security reason.
- For all the turnkey materials which have been stored more than one year, once they are stored over the due day, there will be a monthly reminder. In order to consume these material as soon as possible.
- Either consigned or turnkey parts will be charged if stored in PSI.
- We will check the statement with customers monthly, and deal with the differences after confirming the final result.
